1. Agreement

By using any Abundance APIs endpoint or this website you agree to these terms. API subscriptions are additionally governed by RapidAPI's terms of service.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the APIs to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attempt to bypass rate limits or billing, probe or scan third-party systems without authorization, or resell raw API responses as a competing API.

3. Availability

APIs are provided "as is" and "as available". We monitor every endpoint continuously and target high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Quotas and rate limits follow your subscribed plan.

4. Changes

We may improve endpoints, add fields, or fix incorrect behavior at any time. Breaking changes to documented request/response shapes will be versioned or announced on the listing.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the month the claim arose.

6. Refunds

Refunds and cancellation are handled through RapidAPI.
